1. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation before the service starts
- Cancellation is valid only if requested at least 12 hours prior to service initiation
- Once the service has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted
2. Refund Policy

- If a cancellation request is made at least 12 hours before service initiation, the client is eligible for a 100% full refund
After Service Start
- Once the service has started, full refund is not guaranteed
- A partial refund may be provided, depending on:
- Work already completed
- Third-party costs (ads, tools, outsourcing, etc.)
- Internal operational costs (employee work, setup, etc.)
- The final refund amount will be calculated after deducting the above costs
- The decision regarding the refund amount will be at the sole discretion of EcomBoost Solutions
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once initiated:
- Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Marketplace onboarding and account setup services
- Third-party tools, software, or paid services
- Any completed or partially completed work
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within up to 40 days
- The actual time may vary depending on payment methods and processing systems
5. Refund Mode
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, wherever possible
- If not feasible, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or other suitable methods

- By making a payment, you agree to this Refund Policy
- Refund eligibility depends on service status and actual costs incurred
- No refund claims will be entertained once the service is fully delivered
